The work we take
Failed coating and mill scale removal
Shop coats that let go, field repaints over rust, mill scale on new steel: wet abrasive takes it back to a profiled surface your coating contractor can actually warrant. Brush-off to near-white specs quoted per square foot.
Concrete: laitance, overspray, line stripes
Warehouse floors change tenants, and the old striping and epoxy patches have to go before the new layout goes down. Wet blasting cuts stripes and thin coatings off slab without the dust plume that shuts down the aisle next door.
Equipment, tanks, and containers
Yard equipment, water and fuel tanks, conex containers, structural steel on remote sites. The rig brings water and media; the job needs power for nothing but daylight.
Construction cleanup and restoration

Why wet abrasive on an occupied site
Dry blasting on a working site means containment tenting, shutdown windows, and a dust complaint waiting to happen. Wet abrasive suppresses the dust at the nozzle, which is the difference between blasting during a shift and blasting instead of one. Water use is modest, the spent media is captured and hauled out, and bare steel gets a rust inhibitor in the stream so the coating crew can follow on schedule rather than the same hour.
Straight talk on scope: we are a surface preparation service, not a coatings contractor. When blasting is part of licensed contract work on a structure, Arizona ROC license classifications can apply to the overall project, and we work under your GC or coatings contractor of record on those jobs. For specs, we prep to the standard your coating data sheet calls for and document the surface before the crew leaves.
